We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned full-spectrum solution provider, not just of traditional technology, but ideas of all kinds that improve our nation's national security posture.
We were founded in 2016 by James Morford and Michael Morford who are both Service-Disabled Veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The company is certified as a SDVOSB, ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100D. We're headquartered in Duncan, OK.
VertiPrime started out as a manufacturer for oilfield service parts and heavy equipment and then soon transitioned into structural airframe replacement parts. Focused on military aircraft for the United States Government.
We soon evolved to become a solution development company out of necessity. It became apparent very quickly that many parts could not be made due to three primary technology constraints:

OUR STORY
Our story is one of two dedicated Service-Disabled Veterans, who didn't let their combat experience be the end of their service to the nation. We founded a company that synergized traditional technology with innovative ideas, all aimed at enhancing our nation's security posture. Our commitment to excellence and creativity led us to the pinnacle of our industry. Today, we are proud that our legacy continues to inspire others to push the boundaries of what is possible.
The focus
As a manufacturer of structural airframe replacement parts, we focus on military aircraft for the United States Government. We leverage our deep background in military logistics as well as precision CNC manufacturing to address the shortage of quality parts our fighting force needs to maintain fleet readiness and protect our nation.
OUR FOCUS
From the venerable UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter to the granddaddy of them all, the B-52 Stratofortress, we focus on aging fighter jets, helicopters, and long-range bombers that make up the majority of the U.S. Department of Defense's aviation fleet.

Virtually every aircraft program we target has been in service for over 20 years with the average age of the aircraft we service to be over 35 years. (The B-52's maiden flight was closer in age to the Wright Brothers than today!)
